Poster Auction
Each child in a class or group creates an individual piece of art following the same theme. Those pieces are
then incorporated into one custom-designed poster, complete with the group name, date, and anything else you would like.
A limited number of framed posters are created, to be auctioned off at your special event. Such posters generally
bring in $500 to $1,500 each.

Art Show and Sale
A great fundraiser
for a smaller group (less than 150 children), and also very successful for younger children (babies to preschoolers to elementary).
The Art Show and Sale features the original artwork by all children, attractively displayed for parents to view. They
then have the option of purchasing various items with their children's artwork: customized posters, magnets, mugs,
mousepads, cards and tote bags. The organization receives a percentage of the sale's total revenue.

Backpack Art Sale
The Backpack Art Sale
is similar to the Art Show and Sale, but there is no display of art, just ordering. This fundraiser only requires
the organization to send home order forms with each child, indicating to parents that they can pick out any of their child's
artwork to be placed on posters, magnets, mugs, mousepads, cards and tote bags. While this option is extremely
simple, the response is also not as high as the other methods.
One variation to the Backpack Art
Sale is to simplify the ordering process, which helps to improve sales. A specific piece of art created by each
child is sent home with the order form, along with a sample of a standard poster created using a similar piece of
art. Parents can order a poster customized with their child's art and name.

percentage of sales on Action Shots posters ordered during a specified time period.
